  • Charleston weather can change quickly. A “40% chance of rain” might mean a 10-minute shower and a perfect day afterward.
  • Captains constantly monitor conditions and may adjust departure time to avoid rain.
  • Charleston Harbor tours are never conducted during thunder or lightning.
  • If cancellation is required due to unsafe weather, guests receive a full refund.

  • 100% refund if cancelled 15+ days before the charter.
  • Within 15 days, refunds are only issued for weather-related cancellations.
 

Damage policy

 
  • No damage deposit required.
  • Guests are expected to respect the boats (we hope you’ll love our boats as much as we do).
  • Permanent damage to upholstery, fiberglass, rails, mats, or other fixtures will be billed to the booking party.
